What is FUNC Energy?

  • Energy is a high-intensity cardiovascular program that seeks to improve general physical condition with functional movements while maximizing calorie burn. 45 minutes in which you will exceed 80% of your maximum heart rate, with intervals of less than 45 seconds of exercises with body weight and functional materials.

  • Combining functional training with HIIT format (high intensity training). Thanks to this tandem you will improve your general fitness, your speed, your coordination and your cardiovascular capacity, while burning a lot of calories in a very short time.

  • ENERGY is designed for people who want to enjoy and have fun training. If you find the gym boring, if you don’t want to complicate your life and your goal is to be in good shape….this is your program! Whatever your level, ENERGY will captivate you.

Strong

What is FUNC Strong?

  • Strong is a high-intensity, immersive experience strength workout, in which we look to accumulate muscular tension in order to achieve the best aesthetic results. Perfect for those looking to improve their physique and see better muscle definition without having to spend hours in the weight room. 45 minutes in which you will work the whole body, with 3 sets of each exercise to increase muscle fatigue. Hundreds of different exercises so that training strength is never boring again.

  • Performing exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells or rubber bands, in which you will improve the strength of all your main muscles in each session. Thanks to our format in series, you will notice muscle tension and you will be able to gradually increase the load, managing to improve your physical appearance.

  • We know that strength training is necessary to avoid losing muscle mass, prevent aging and have a good quality of life. However… how boring is it to train in a weight room! With FUNC STRONG you will improve your strength, tone your muscles and never get tired of training.

Athletic

What is FUNC Athletics?

  • Athletic is a high performance workout, designed to improve power, speed, agility, and functional movements. Offer members the perfect workout that increases strength and maximize athletic abilities. 45 minutes to reach your 90%, perform explosive exercises and jump higher than ever. Work on strength and high intensity in a single session with FUNC’s most complete training.

  • Strength exercises combined with plyometrics result in an intense session, creating a different challenge every day. using different materials such as boxes or dumbbells, you will improve your power and your sports performance. With ATHLETIC you will discover how far you are capable of reaching.

  • If you have been training for a long time and want to improve yourself, this is your program. In ATHLETIC you improve every day, you compete against yourself and you learn technique to perform complex exercises. The program for those who do not conform.

What is FUNC Kids & Family?

  • Kids & Families is fitness disguised as fun! With exercise groups designed for both mixed parent-child sessions and for just children, the PRAMA KIDS & FAMILIES program is unique in the industry. Combining the best of play and movement, PRAMA creates an attractive environment for children and parents alike to enjoy 45 minutes of skill development and physical conditioning.

  • Active is designed for all people who are used to a more sedentary lifestyle who want to enjoy physical activity just like everybody else.

What is FUNC Flow?

  • Flow is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and mobility aimed at improving flexibility, stability and strength all while reducing stress and tension.

Combined Group/Teams

What is FUNC Combined Group?

  • Combined Group is designed to introduce members to Functional Training. We are able to combine different levels and goals while still keeping to a HIIT format workout. This allows you to see what FUNC is all about. This session will help you decide which program you want to do next.

  • This program allows you to work at your own level without feeling overwhelmed . Each station becomes a new area where you can do an Energy an Athletic or a Strong exercise at the same station with no judgement.
